What a Class at Rumble NYC is like
So we had the opportunity to take a class at Rumble NYC on the Upper East Side with Dillon Spicer, and we loved it! The environment was nothing like anything we have ever worked out in before, but we surprisingly really enjoyed it. The reason we say “surprisingly” is because normally we aren’t super into upbeat, positive, and encouraging workouts with EDM remixes, but it works so well at Rumble.
As we mentioned earlier, Dillon Spicer was the trainer for the class and she was brilliant. Her vibe was cheery and it definitely kept everyone in the room going. She had such an amazing attitude and made sure to continuously push every person in the room to their limits. She truly cared about how each person’s workout was going and wanted to provide each person with the best workout she could. After the class she took the time to socialize with and congratulate everyone on finishing the class. We did simple combos but changed them up fairly quickly so we never felt bored. The class is extremely fast-paced and filled with cardio so you are sure to get a killer workout. In between sets of boxing rounds you go to the other side of the room where you basically do lightweight HIIT exercises in. A Rumble class provides a great cardio workout and is sure to burn you out.
