Dates get a bad rap. When we tell our friends we love dates, they associate them with being dry, tasteless pellets that old people eat. Well, we are here to say that dates are delicious and nutritious! Dates are sweet and have loads of fiber which really help with your digestive system. There are numerous studies proving how good dates are for you! With this all being said, dates are pretty filling and you will probably only need 2-3 to palliate your appetite.
Tip: if you are famished or want a night time treat, slice your dates open and add some natural peanut butter in them!
