Greek Yogurt Bowl
We love Greek yogurt because it is packed with protein and probiotics. Because of all the protein in Greek yogurt, it will help keep you full for a while and is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or just a snack!
We recommend you do NOT use 0% fat Greek yogurt because we believe you should consume things found in nature the way they are, hence not skimming out the fat.
For a filling breakfast or lunch top your yogurt bowl with fruit and nut butter, and for a light snack, just leave off the nut butter!
