Peanut Butter Truffles
1/2 cup sifted oat flour unpacked (spoon it in)
1 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup and 4 TBSP of any milk
Put your peanut butter in the blender, then the flour, then the dates, then the milk.
Push all ingredients to the bottom of the blender.
Blend on high for 6 minutes, or until completely blended.
Take the mixture out of the blender and roll them into balls.
Leave plain, or roll in either shredded coconut, cacao powder, or anything you want.
You can enjoy them room temperature, or refrigerate or freeze them if you want a little harder texture.
NOTE: Yields around 24 truffles, depending on how you size them
