Healthy "Nutella" Spread
We both love Nutella, but it is filled with sugar and palm oil! Because Nutella lacks in nutritional value, we decided to make our own healthy vegan and paleo “Nutella”!
2 cups hazelnuts
3 1/2 tbsp of cacao powder
3/4 cup of any milk
Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and roast your hazelnuts in the oven for 10 minutes.
Pit your dates and soak them in hot water for 15 minutes.
Once your hazelnuts are roasted and your dates are pitted, putt all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. This may take up to 20 minutes of blending.
Tip: Eat it the spread by itself as a pudding!
